The size of this product requires flat-bed truck delivery by special appointment.
This product will require off-loading from the flat-bed truck by a crane or extended forklift. You are responsible for arranging the offloading and transporting the product to its final location.
Prior to shipping this product, we contact customers to confirm shipment details and discuss any extenuating circumstances that may complicate delivery or cause additional expenses. Due to the size and nature of this item, shipping costs for the corresponding sauna heater and related accessories must ship separately and therefore shipping costs are not included in the flat rate above.
