DELTA® Commercial Steam Generator 48kW Package with Control & Steamhead
Our Commercial Generator comes with everything you need to get your steam room started. The generator is designed for round-the-clock operation for spaces up to 2000 cubic feet! This package also features two controls for the ultimate management and client experiences. Our digital command center allows management to program temperature ranges to account for idle and peak hours, our user bypass control allows clients to adjust steam output within the preset range, the room sensor provides accurate temperature readings to the generator, and steam head outputs the steam with 360-degree dispersion. We also offer a complete selection of accessories to comply with local codes or enhance your client’s experience. We cover our commercial products with a one-year warranty.

The Delta Generator Stand elevates the steam generator off the floor to a fair height providing comfort during transitions and maintenance repairs. Designed for use with the 5COM Series Generators, this stand is able to hold larger sized tanks.
The Delta Digital Auto Blowdown Valve creates an effective steam environment. This add-on to the 5COM Series Steam Generators automatically relieves trapped pressure at the end of your final use. Emptying the generator ensures quality and maximizes its life.
The automatic blowdown tempering valve installs into drain line as an alternative to a blowdown tank for tempering hot blowdown water. It injects cold tap water when thermal actuator senses blowdown water is over 120°F.
Many states and local jurisdictions, as a standard, require an independent, manual reset, second low water cut off control. This is a factory-installed option and cannot be sold without a 5COM Series Steam Generator.
Steam Generator Sold Separately
The commercial steam temperature alert is a must-have for safety. The lock feature prevents users from turning off the system or changing the temperature setpoint. The interrupt relay disables the heater when the audible alarm sounds and the test button is used to check that the heater is disabled when the alert sounds. The alert cannot be reset until the room cools below the programmed temperature.
